Karen York is a Professional Organizer, time management coach, public speaker/trainer, and the owner of Organize Me. As her mother says, “Karen was born organized. I thought all kids cleaned up their rooms before they went to bed at night!”
Prior to starting Organize Me, Karen enjoyed a 25-year career as a human resources executive and management coach. With an M.A. in Organizational Psychology, Karen uses her professional experience and her natural talents to help her clients achieve a more balanced life by better organizing their space, possessions, and time – at home and at work. Her education and experience with interpersonal communications, personality styles, motivation, behavior modification, and learning theory are essential to helping clients develop new, lasting habits.
Like you, Karen faces the same challenges to staying organized: full-time career, school-aged children, traveling spouse, school and volunteer activities, moving, downsizing and relocating parents. This experience is essential to helping you discover the solutions to your and your family’s major organization and time management challenges so that you can reduce your stress and have more time for doing the things that you love to do!
Karen is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), NAPO-Chicago, and the Evanston Chamber of Commerce. Her community involvement includes the Woman’s Club of Evanston and fundraising for North Shore Country Day School.
